but seriously, what could have changed when i reset CMOS that is making it run incredibly hot? and get so hot so fast?

alright, i got the fan back on better and it was around 40 but its been slowly rising up around 55, and still going up.

It was probably getting hot before, but the BIOS wouldnt detect it because it wasnt running. Resetting the CMOS will not alter the temp of the CPU, unless there were overclocking settings running.
