Processor / Motherboard compatibility check

first time trying to find parts for a server computer, and it has been some time since I have even built a computer from parts. I am looking at combining this motherboard + this processor. Is there any reason why these two will not work? I see the socket types are the same, however the CPU types are off. Any help is appreciated. The goal is to build a cheap server to run Windows 2008 with a RAID 5 setup.
