Unhappy Problem with USB card

Yo all,
I had just recently bought a PSI to USB card of 2.0 as well as 1.1 support. The problem is that when I connect a infrared cablle or a bluetooth device to it my comp. have OS 98 as well as XP does not detect it.
Though when I had first restarted my comp. with the USB card my comp. had detected it and had installed the essential driver for it. But when I connect a Infrared device to it it doesn't have any sort of current passing throught the USB because if the USB were to work properly a bulb on my Infrared device would have lit up but that doesn't happen. I would like to have an answer to my problem from anyone who can give one.

So it is showing up fine under device manager and all? No conflicts or anything with either OS?

Well thanks for replying to that thread, well for the USB thing, no it doesn't show any sort error message in device manager, properties show that the device is plugged in and the is working properly.

N8zer0 - He said IR OR bluetooth...

Have you tried other drivers, or just windows defaults? Also, I kind of doubt this would help, but try another PCI slot...
