Default problem

I have a computer thats about 2 years old and I just reloaded windows and formatted the drive to start over. Everything works fine except that when I tried to load my wireless internet software CD it wouldn't start. I tried many times but with no success. I know the problem is not the CD- ROM drive because I have tried other CDs and they work fine. I also know that the problem is not the CD because I tried it on another computer and it also worked fine. I'm completely stumped and I would greatly apreciate some help with this problem.
