Printer assistance needed

Hey guys,

I'm new here but was hoping a knowledgeable member could help me out.

I recently got a Dell (Vista) with a Samsung SCX-4500 laser printer. It' was supposed to be a plug and play with no issues. The printer and copier works fine but I can't get the scanner to work.

I read the manual and googled to see if there are any compatibility issues. I found some litterature on it in regards to MACs but couldn't find anything in regards to a problem , much less a fix for a PC.

Does someone in here know how to fix this?

Download the Scan Driver there and see if it works.
