Print/Scan/Photo Print Combos

Hi Folks, newbie here

Looking to save desk space by having a combined Scanner/Printer/Photo Printer.
I guess combining too many technologies this way may limit/reduce each one, but which product would you recommend whereby you get the best out of all 3 features, or the one product that gives the best quality/specs for each feature when combined this way?

look around there and try and find osme good photo quality ones, best buy is good along with circuit city.
