Default Pretty Simple Question

How exactly do you get your computer to a "full load"
Like to test temps.
Is there a program or do I have to actually run programs.
I want to OC this old computer so I can learn some stuff about it and OC the one I'm building.

Download Prime95. I like that program. You have 3 options when starting a test. Read the descriptions and choose, "max temps."

Prime95 is the proggy you are looking for. It has a "torture test" that will throw a maximum load on the CPU.
