Yeah, it's true, in this case. I voted for voodoo because, in general, voodoo pc's are better built, aren't as overpriced, etc.
 
Ironically, the Voodoo here is more expensive than the Alienware...

I would go with voodoo just because their cases are so damn pretty. But if it was for video editing and whatnot then the alienware would be better.
