Hi, for a certain work from home position I had a few months ago I was sent what they called an SDE (Secure Desktop Environment). I have left that position now and they did not ask for this hardware back so I thought I would put it to some good use. Its a "Verbatim Store N Go USB Device" and is 16GB but my computer only shows only 1GB available to use even when I format the thing. I was wondering if there was a way that I could actually go ahead and format this thing to use all the 16 gigs. Thanks in advance for the help people.

If you was sent the USB Drive you should have the pass to it ... unlock and format it :)

I wasn't sent a password for it...it is basically a a live ubuntu 10.10 image that I can boot from. I will try zero filling like suggested and see if it works.
