Power surge problem

Hey there ive posted here once about my old comp but i got a new one sort of u see my dad had the comp im on now and we had a power surge in our neighborhood and it messed up pretty bad he got it to work to the point were he could get online and some other stuff he replaced the motherboard and a few other things and we tried replaceing the ram but the ram didnt work it can now play some games but still restarts alot and cant play the games it used to beable to i need help i cant stand sitting here and it restarting so much its been like this for a few months

the psu might have been damaged in the power surge and now it cant power the comp for very long
