Power Supply Testing

I need to test a Power Supply.
It says to put a jumper wire between 15 and 16 (Blue & Black)on the MB 24 pin connector. Before testing the PS with a Multi-Meter, But I don't know which 2 they are. Since there isn't a Blue wire on mine.

No no no. You jump the one green wire and a black wire! Don't fry yourself by trying to jump the wrong two. And, make sure that you use a paper clip, jump the pins, THEN PLUG IT IN. Don't reverse that order in any case. Also, remember that this won't show signs of failure under load as there will be no load on the PSU.
