Default power supply for system

I have a 350W power supply and In my system I have a AMD 3500, and 6800gt and i was wondering if I am cutting my performance at all. I also have 1 hard drive and 1 cd drive.

Should run it all pretty stable i would go to a 420 power supply if you worried about it.
