Did you forget to plug in the cpu power on the mobo? I know it sounds stupid but it happens to the best of us sometimes.

Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 36 Amp Amps.)
550W should be plenty.
how many AMPS does it make?

got a link for your PSU?
