Default Power supply help

Hi, im upgrading my comp and i wanted to know if my old cpu is good enough. http://www.meritcomputers.com/ps/399/enlite_300w.html

Im getting an amd sempron 3000+, a xfx 6600 or a 6800, 512 mb of ram. 1 harddrive.

Yea i did that before and it said 256 or somthing. But i heard that thing was wrong.
