I was just wondering how hard is it to change the power supply in a computer, I am new to this stuff and sort of confused on all the cables.

no you need a 24 pin 20+4 pin psu thats just a baseline 20.

That's not a very good power supply. It doesn't have the correct power connector and is of low quality. You would be better off getting either of the Antec power supplies that were posted in this thread. They may cost a little more, but you're getting quality and reliability.
