Default Power Supply good enough?

I ordered an ATI Radeon X700. I'm wondering if my power supply has enough power to operate it and all the other stuff. Here's a list of what I have. Also my power supply is 300W.

ASUS P4P800S-X Series.
Pentium4 @ 2.8GHz
No Fans
Two hard drives
DVD Drive
CD Drive
No PCI cards

With all that do you guys think that it will turn on and what not? A friend said that it wouldn't even boot up or anything. IS this accurate or not?

No, I'd get a new power supply if I were you, as 300watts is pushing it nowadays, even though some cases still come with them...

I'd go and get a 400-450 watt, which should be fine for your needs, and give your computer alot of room to breathe.
