Power Supply

I currently have a atx0300d5wc 300w power supply and i got a TR2 W0070 430w from a friend. I was wondering if it will be an ok upgrade or will it harm anything? The components are all from an HP elite except the upgraded 1gb video card which needs more then a 300w power supply to run properly

As long as it'll fit in the case, and has the right plugs, you're golden. Power supplies are pretty generic in this way.
