Which power connectors can be used with a SATA hard drive?

The title pretty much says it all, and yes is a noobish question but i have a SATA drive that has both a 4-Pin molex and SATA power connector, Ill be using it as a SATA drive, but would prefer to use the 4-pin molex if i can to reduce the amount of cables in the case... so can anyone tell me if i would be ok to use just the 4-pin molex?
