She said she already did a defrag, but it might have been a long time ago. It probably needs a reformat, but thats a pain in the arse, lol.

I didnt tell her to do a defrag I told her to run a scandisc/check disc

Someone else said to defrag though. I will tell her to do a check disk as well though.
