Is it possible to Upgrade my DELL370 Precision (Work station)

I have DELL 370 precision (Tower).

Is it possible to upgrade my processor of this machine?

Below are few details about my machine.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I think you can upgrade the ram to 4gigs with 800GHz speed.

I think AmD means 800 MHz.

That system will only officially support Pentium 4 CPUs, which includes the P4, P4EE and the Pentium D, so you're out of luck there for anything more than that.
