Agh, Extreme Edition is way too expensive for a 14 year old. What is better, HT or dual-core?

HT is what gives Intel there edge, and it depends on what you do with your computer. Dual-core is great when you run more than one program at a time. It also depends on the amount of money you can get your hands on.
