Possible Overpower?

Now, say I have a 300W power supply. Which I do. Now, I say I want to upgrade to 500W? Would I be overpowering?

I can say that cooling is not a factor, I have that covered.

Here, you can find all my computer's information:

However, my current specs are a bit different, I upgraded to two Gigabytes of RAM. That's all.

Here's what's been suggested for me:

I plan to get an ATI Radeon 5750 with 512 Gigabytes of RAM.

So, will I overpower everything else, like my motherboard, in my computer?

Cheers,
Joshua

Sure, but I believe we have had something like this in the previous months:

I will see about upgrading to the one Gigabyte. It sounds like a great idea.

Now, what would be better with the 5770 again?

We could start this conversation all over again, and I don't mind. I love talking computers.

Cheers,
Joshua

It has 800 SPs vs. 720, and has faster clock speeds and voltage control, so higher overclocks.

Definitely get 1GB though. It can make a pretty big difference.
