probably not. Intel budget motherboards are usually unoverclockable.

you could OC in windows. you just need to know your PLL model and manafacteur

No, it's not. I doubt even software could do it. 99% of Intel made boards are not meant to be OC'ed.

even if you were able to OC with the board i would doubt you could get your CPU very far. not because of the cpu limits but because of the motherboards limits
