Is it possible to make one computer on a network run a program and have another computer see what is running?

Basically I want to do this.. My sister has recently got a very high end PC which by all means she does not need. I on the other hand play a lot of videogames and I am using a low end PC. I want to be able to run a gaming program on her high end PC and not have it show up on her screen. I want to be able to use the program from my PC. I don't think it is possible but I am just checking.

Also does anyone know how to share files and folders over a network with a windows vista computer? My sister's PC uses vista and I want to be at least able to store files on her PC since she has plenty of space. The only problem I am having is trying to set up sharing folders and files on a Vista machine.

Hers would have to be set up as a server. More trouble than it's worth.
