Default Possible bad card... your thoughts?

I got my 8800GTS about a month ago and I recently started noticing some slight visual problems. I've also noticed that the memory on my card doesn't seem to overclock nearly as well as others' I've seen, maxing out at ~850 (1700) stable from 800, but I realize that not all cards OC the same. I believe I had beta drivers at the time of the following screenshots, so that could definitely be a problem, but it still persisted a little after I installed their latest. Here are some screenshots I took while playing Garry's Mod (with HDR/AA off; stock clocks):

\

Some things I've tried:
1. Installed latest drivers. This worked for a time and I lost all that blue/red/white stuff, but recently I started up GMod and the screen had a yellow tint to it. After minimizing and restoring, it was gone.

2. Swapped it out with my 7800GT. This worked, but I only had it in for about 30 minutes.

3. Tightened the DVI-VGA converter. The screen was once a bluish color while surfing the internets, and after tightening the converter, it seemed to fix the problem. But I've still noticed problems, like the yellow screen, yellow-textured objects, and yellow triangle things that fly around the screen while gaming. These don't happen much any more, but the yellow screen from GMod from a couple days ago is what has me worried.

The temperatures are fine, the highest I've ever seen was 71C, and I'm using Windows XP. I'm open to all suggestions. If you need any more info, feel free to ask; I always try to be as thorough as possible, if you couldn't tell.

Put the clockage back to normal.

Give them a call, and say it just randomly did it.

They will prob send you a new one.

the shader might have overheated seeing in those screenshots that the frame is being shaded correctly. if you have a game than can run software rendering do it see if you encounter any problems

DO NOT say your running beta drivers to customer support if you do decide to return

It works perfectly 95% of the time, plus temperatures have always been normal, so I don't expect it to be dying from the OC. Still a possibility though.

I have it at stock right now, but I still get an occasional strange thing to happen every now and then.

I bought evga, fortunately. Yeah, I've tried it. It seemed to fix the blue/red/white stuff, but I still get these strange yellow things from time to time.

Only one month. I had my 7800GT fairly heavily OCed for nearly a year, and it still works perfectly fine today. For some reason, I don't suspect the OC to be a problem, but I may be wrong.

Such a game would be? And thanks for that last bit...I probably would've screwed up there.

Also, I ran ATITool for 1.5 hours last night OCed (with the artifact slider all the way towards less OC, more artifacts if that matters) and had no artifacts. Sorry I haven't been able to respond sooner, I've had a massive history packet I had to do for extra credit. Thanks for the advice so far.

IT looks like the gamma loader got a slap in the face. Your card's screwed up. RMa it. Don't tell them your OCed, and tell them you're using latest drivers.
