Make sure you set it to the first boot device in bios so it looks for it. It might say then before accessing the hard drive "if you want to read from the disc press enter". Do this to start the installation
Answering your question, yes it will be because you don't have Windows installed yet! What's it supposed to go to?....hehe
So make the first boot device "cd rom", 2nd boot device "the hard drive". This should then work if you save and exit form bios
