Default Portable hard drive problem

I am having a bit of a hard drive problem.
I have a Maxto 3200 USB 500GB. I have 2 Partitions on it. And when i came to starting up my PC this morning I check my portable hard drive and i noticed that both of the partitions said that it only has 20MB disk capacity. I don't undertand why as I have files over 1GB on there. It also does not let me but any thing on to the hard drive eaither cos it is reading it as full when its not.

Anyone got any ideas how this happened and how i can fix it???

UPDATE: Fixed it now. I disabled Quta on them and it gave me the right amount again
