go to start, go to run and type MSCONFIG and then go to startup and see if there's anything that says MSN in there and uncheck it. that should stop it from coming up.
Hmm there's: ABoard, REGSHAVE, jusched, bdoesrv, bdnagent, bdmcon, ctfmon, msnmsgr, msnmgr (yes there's 2 although one says background in the command line), AdobeUpdateManager and Adobe Gamme.... Thanks for the reply
you could get rid of both msnmsgr because you probably won't need them. Also try getting rid of adobe update manager because that's pretty useless in my opinion.
