Looks good. I have a few suggestions though.

CPU: Great CPU choice. I would go with that.
Motherboard: Doesn't support SLi. Don't know if that matters to you or not.
Memory: I wouldn't get that memory. I've been told that Corsair's value memory is not good at all. I have some GEIL value memory and I'm very, very happy with it. It has the blue aluminum heat-spreaders on it and they look sharp! Check that out, it should be on Newegg. You also might want to go ahead and get 1 gigabyte of memory, you'll probably want it later. If you do that, you can get it in one stick and save a DIMM slot.
Video Card: I've heard bad things about XFX. Just a warning. Doesn't look like that card has had many problems though. I know XFX's AGP 8x 6600GT had a TON of problems though.
PSU: Looks pretty good. Don't really know about Enermax, though. I got an Aspire after many people told me they were a great company. I'm very satisfied with mine. Also, since you'll be running all those fans, why not bump it up to 500 watts and you can brag to everyone for sure, "My power supply is better than yours!" :D
Case: Hey! I got a 25 dollar case! :D

All in all, I'm likin' the system. This is just my advice, you don't have to take it. I won't be offended. :D

If you have any questions just let me know.

Wow, Clawhammer? I don't suggest that. For the same price, get the Venice core:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103533

Runs cooler and faster even though they're both 3500+. I should say more efficient. Good video card, but the RAM needs work. I suggest at a minimum of 1GB of RAM be installed and run it in dual channel mode by using these babies:

OCZ Gold GX 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227062

Don't know about the core differences nowadays so I didn't think about that.

Hey, by the way, the Venice core has a 512 kilobyte L2 cache while the ClawHammer has a 1 megabyte L2 cache. What's up with that?

About the RAM... The guy says he's on a budget. I don't think he will be wanting to spend 185 dollars on a gigabyte of RAM right now... :D

Don't get a ClawHammer core if you enjoy overclocking. It sucks major butt when you try to overclock it. I got my 3400+ from 2.2ghz stock to 2.4ghz before it went unstable on me.
