Looks good. I have a few suggestions though.

CPU: Great CPU choice. I would go with that.
Motherboard: Doesn't support SLi. Don't know if that matters to you or not.
Memory: I wouldn't get that memory. I've been told that Corsair's value memory is not good at all. I have some GEIL value memory and I'm very, very happy with it. It has the blue aluminum heat-spreaders on it and they look sharp! Check that out, it should be on Newegg. You also might want to go ahead and get 1 gigabyte of memory, you'll probably want it later. If you do that, you can get it in one stick and save a DIMM slot.
Video Card: I've heard bad things about XFX. Just a warning. Doesn't look like that card has had many problems though. I know XFX's AGP 8x 6600GT had a TON of problems though.
PSU: Looks pretty good. Don't really know about Enermax, though. I got an Aspire after many people told me they were a great company. I'm very satisfied with mine. Also, since you'll be running all those fans, why not bump it up to 500 watts and you can brag to everyone for sure, "My power supply is better than yours!"
Case: Hey! I got a 25 dollar case!

All in all, I'm likin' the system. This is just my advice, you don't have to take it. I won't be offended.

If you have any questions just let me know.

Wow, Clawhammer? I don't suggest that. For the same price, get the Venice core:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103533

Runs cooler and faster even though they're both 3500+. I should say more efficient. Good video card, but the RAM needs work. I suggest at a minimum of 1GB of RAM be installed and run it in dual channel mode by using these babies:

OCZ Gold GX 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory - Retail

Don't know about the core differences nowadays so I didn't think about that.

Hey, by the way, the Venice core has a 512 kilobyte L2 cache while the ClawHammer has a 1 megabyte L2 cache. What's up with that?

About the RAM... The guy says he's on a budget. I don't think he will be wanting to spend 185 dollars on a gigabyte of RAM right now...

Are you sure? I think they're the same with 512KB a piece. Man, budget always kills the fun out of building a hot PC.

Don't get a ClawHammer core if you enjoy overclocking. It sucks major butt when you try to overclock it. I got my 3400+ from 2.2ghz stock to 2.4ghz before it went unstable on me.

Like alvino said, make sure its the latest revision of the 3500, the Venice core w/ SSE3, otherwise overclocking won't get you very far.

try to get the 2x512mb ram that Corolla suggest cause it will make a lot of difference since its dual channel also u might want to get a DFI motherboard yes asus is good at overclocking but its low voltages limit it whereas DFI has plenty also get a slightly better power supply 500w should be fine and u might want to get a diff brand vid card evga or bfg would be much better, yes this will cost a bit more but in the long run its well worth it

Hi to all,,,
Thank you very much for your suggestions...
Now about the memory, if you look at my first post it says this
Quote:
I have all the other stuff (SoundCard,DVD burner,1x512MB MEM.)
So I will have 1GB of RAM...And about the Corsair brand...I've chosen that one because my current one is the exact same one and it runs great, so I'll just get that...
About the Motherboard, Well- like I said I'm on low budget, so can't pay anymore than about 100 for Mobo...
The Video Card..- I picked that one because it comes overclocked and it has better clock speeds than the other ones (Evga,Leadtek) Now,...Could anyone please suggest a videocard that is at least as good as the one i picked and it's around $200...If you find some I'll be glad to buy it...
Thx for tellin me that "VENICE" is better than the "ClawHammer"...I actually chose the ClawHammer because it only sounds cooler
And the PSu- It's NOT all about the Wattage , It's all about the Amperage...
The one I chose got +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A

Thx 4 ALL UR REPLIES !

Yeah, and those amperages aren't high at all. Now that you bring that up I definitely wouldn't get that PSU. I'd get one with at least a 20 amp 12 volt rail. Especially with that video card, you won't regret it. When I got my 6600GT about 2 weeks after I got it my PSU died because it was 450 watt with an 18 amp 12 volt rail. Now, it wasn't a good power supply either, but the one I have now has a 34 amp 12 volt rail.

Make sure your current memory has the exact same CAS latency as the kind you're getting. But if you have that EXACT same kind then you're good to go!

EDIT: Just noticed that your PSU has 2 12 volt rails. In that case, I suppose you are good to go. I know nothing about dual rails, though.

You can wait for them to get more in stock. There are other X800 GTO's out there too...just go buy a VGA cooler from Arctic-Cooling. That's where HIS gets their cooling solutions from anyways...
