Default Please suggest a backup

I need to set-up a backup routine on my systems. I have one main system in the network of four systems that houses all the files I need for daily operation. Now, before I go ahead I will explain a little about the set-up.

I process bookings in the office, and every time a booking is made on any system, the main system in the workgroup is updated (backoffice software). Also on this system I would like to house images of the booking. This is pretty much it.
Now what I would like is for members to suggest a backup setup. Please take the following into consideration:

The back office software is updated every 10 - 15 minutes or so
I also need to make an image of the hard disk, preferably a bootable image

I would appreciate if suggestions could be made to meet my needs. Thank you.
