I did that exact same thing as you said but my password is hidden. I tried downloading that astrick key but no luck. I'm calling them now. Give me a few minutes. Talk to you soon. And thanks again

Here's mine. I blanked out my keys and everything so people won't hack into my network .

Hey, I want to thank you very much for all your help. You were right, all I needed to fix everything was that darn password. She had me reset the router from behind and then put a new password in. And all is well. So thank you.

Oh, that one little tiny reset button that you have to push in with a paperclip or a pin? That sets everything to factory settings. I didn't think Linksys came with the password built in. It has to be set manually (key). Glad it's working...
