This is my first build, and I want to make sure everything is compatible.

Please review, and feel free to suggest anything!

After looking, do I have everything I need to build a fully working PC for the first time?

Also, if I just get one of the 260's, how much performance would I be losing? Any suggestions to save money, or improve performance? Also, is the RAM compatible?

Thanks!

you would lose 30-40% performance with just one gtx260

can't seem to get any links you posted to work though it just says

"Thank you for visiting Newegg.com. We apologize for your inconvenience. The page you requested is unavailable.

If your problems persist, we may have a server issue. Please contact us to report the page you attempted to reach, and we will assist you as soon as possible. "

You need to fix your links. How much are you paying for the 260? I would give the 4870 a look.

Your links are broken, but I think I know what you're looking at.

Instead of a 780i and GTX 260 SLi, I'd go with an X38 and a HD 4870 X2. Unless you only have a 22" monitor or something, in that case go with a single HD 4870. The HD 4870 is a bit faster than the GTX 260 in general and you will have a much better board in the X38 than the 780i.
