Default Please Rate my Build

I plan to build a filer server. Here is what I have so far. I'm not sure if all my parts are compatible, nor do I know how to check. I believe they are from inspection, but I really don't know. (All prices are canadian)

OS: Debian (because I like unix like, or unix operating systems)
Intel Pentium G860 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor $70
Biostar TZ75B ATX LGA1155 Motherboard $110
Corsair 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory $24
Intel EXPI9301CTBLK 10/100/1000 Mbps PCI-Express x1 Network Adapter $30
Rosewill RNX-N150PCe 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter $17
LSI00204 (9240-8i Kit) RAID $337
Antec Three Hundred Illusion ATX Mid Tower Case $70
Corsair Builder 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply $60

Total: $720

This is not including hard drives.
I put 4GB of ram and a good processor just in case I plan to use as an auxiliary computer for torrenting or something. Too much?

Intel Core i3-3220, Antec Three Hundred Illusion - System Build - PCPartPicker Canada

Why do you need the pci 1x cards? That motherboard already has a 1Gb connection and hooking up that plus wireless just seems silly as the hard-wire will out-perform the wireless.

Some higher end boards have 2 ethernet ports. Out of curiosity, may I ask why you want 2?
