Please help sabor tooth 990fx motherboard

I have a sabertooth 990 fx mother board and I am trying to remove my RAM sticks and the slots one side will release the ram but the other side Is tuck and it won't come out I will have a picture below showing you what I mean but I need help on figuring a way to remove my ram sticks

That's unusual. From what I can see one side has the levers and the other side didn't. There should be levers on both sides.

I just got it thanx but 1 side don't have leavers that's just the way this mobd is weird I know lol

Then it's defective. You should return it.

Ring ASUS and do an RMA on it..
