You are running windows XP currently correct?
What Service pack do you have? right click on my computer and it will tell you.
Sometimes games have a safemode you can start the game up in and configure settings.
to see if you have this navigate to the root drive where you installed the game.
Probally C:\program files\EA....
If you have a shortcut for the game on your desktop, rightclick on it and select properties, this will show you where the shortcut is pointing too.
*once you find the install directory and go inside, you will most likely see many files, such as the .Exe file that launches the game.
Look for another .exe file called safemode, or somthing along those lines..
It may not have a safe mode, this is just somthing to try.
