Unhappy Please Help... Hard Drive Administrator Problems

hi,
I APPRECIATE ANY HELP FROM ANYONE....
i have a hard drive that has all my files on it, and i want to put them on my new hard drive.

in order to do this, ive plugged in the hard drive to my computer as a slave...

the only problem is my administrator "password protected" documents are un-accessable

is there any DOS command that will let me enter my old password and regain access?

I APPRECIATE ANY HELP FROM ANYONE....
