Default Please Help!

I mainly use my computer for playing World of Warcraft and other things such as browsing the web, videos, and music. About a week ago I started to get at the most about 2 fps while playing WoW. First things I tried was running a virus and adware scan. Then I replaced my CPU fan thinking the fan wasnt' working probably but that didn't help either. Next thing I tried was updating my nvidia graphics card. I am aware of the issue that nvidia had with their newest drivers. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the latest version prior to the faulty driver. But still no difference. I don't know much about computers so I need your help on what to do to try and fix my computer and I am desperate! My comp specs are below (not sure if it's the right info to make any conclusions):

AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
2.70 GHz, 2 GB of Ram
WinXP
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
ASUS M2V-AM

What is CPU usage while the game is running?

And what was the old GPU?
