It's a process of elimination in order to diagnose an issue.
i saw so much dust inside of my cooler. i unpluged all the wire in order to take the motherboard from the case, so i can have a good visual to clean up the cooler. after that i forgot how to re-plug the wire, thus, i screwed up.
i i think there is no way i can fix it, unless i buy a new motherboard.
