Question Please Help !!!!!

Hi there

I'm still having a godforsaken problem with my sound, I'm sat ere playing with Google earth and as i move my mouse around the screen, I hear this faint but still agonisingly noticable noise, almost like interferance. please help its killin me.
never had this problem, until maybe my comp was in the shop a few weeks back & had a new version of windows installed and the hard drive formatted, where should i start troubleshooting

Sound card driver. Run Dxdiag and show us what adapter you have. Also, we need full specs to help.

Have you tried some different speakers? if its crackling there probably knackered or you have a loose wire on your leed.

Try re-installing Drivers Or repairing your OS
