Okay so everything was going along great when I left the computer and another user signed on, then it froze and shut down. I turned it back on and it said it shut down to prevent damage. Then it goes to a black screen with white words with my options... Safe Mode, connection safe mode, run like normal windows. No matter what one I click on it goes to a bluescreen with whitewords and says a list of computer codes. Is it gone? What can I do? How can I fix this? Please help! Oh and it says some sort of Unmountable_boot_voluo. Is it dead? If you need to know anything else please let me know!
