Please Help

When on the net , my pc goes to a blue screen with error code:
OE: 0028: FF1473AC, press any key to continue. It then disconnects from net, and pc freezes, you have to switch off power and reboot. Does anyone know what the problem is, IE 6 ? perhaps. This is causing me loads of problems and I would like to try to fix it. There must be at least ONE clever guy out there

It's almost amazing!
I just googled for that error code, two results came back, and they both point to this site...

OE is aconfusing error, makes it sound like an outlook express error.
*but it's not.
I googled for OE: 0028 and that came back with a few results. I was going to post links, but here is a post on another forum containing loads of links that might help.
