It depends on the game really. On some games, it runs better than others, then sometimes some plugins work better than others, and some needs patching and fixes, and etc.
It's kind of a hassle to keep track and doing a lot of trial and error. Some games are playable and some are not as of now. Of course, you need a pretty good graphics card an processor to make it run as good as a PS2 for games that are known to fully work, and running the emulator on DX10 runs better than DX9 as stated by other users on other forums.
