Default playing video files...?

I've got these kind of files I have no clue what they are but I want to play them on my computer anyone know how?

those are part of a multi-file rar archive. win rar will open em up.

Are they like .r00 .r01 .r02 .r03 and so on?? If so, it's just another compression format that splits it up into pieces. WinRAR and many other decompression utilities will open it up.
