Default Playing PS2 Disks on PC

Heya all!

Is it possible to get a good emulator or somthing so that I can run my PS2 games (from the disks) on my PC? Does anyone know a way to do this while keeping a good, high FPS and keeping the high quailty?

Thanks!
Jamie.
