From what I have looked up in that case, since it is probably using a video card on chip; is that it is using a Intel Graphics Media Acceleration 950.
It does use Direct X 9 technology, but I'm afraid it does not support Shader Model 3.0, and only supports Shader Model 2.0.
If the game doesn't have an option to lower the shader model, I'm afraid the game will not work on the system.
Plus, GRID is a very demanding game, and most onboard chipsets are not capable of delivering the power needed, even at lower resolutions.
