wow i just realized i almost bought motherboard without a on board graphics so this is better

Again same issue with your motherboard. Your motherboard is a socket AM2/AM2+ and your CPU is socket AM3. Go to this link

and find a board there. Those are all AM3 boards lol. Other than that looking good. oh make sure the board supports ddr2 1066

Although Socket AM3 processors can be used on Socket AM2+ motherboards, the opposite is not possible
