I have pinnacle studio 12. I've used it for a long time, but i lost the CD a while ago. I just got the replacement disk in the mail, installed it, and am using it without trouble. My only problem:
When i use a Montage Theme, it just comes out as a light blue or light green screen. It doesn't show my pictures or the theme. Why is this. What can i do? I do not feel like paying $30 for over-the-phone customer support, and live chat is closed because it is a holiday. Help me please?
