Default ping program

do any of you know that program that can check your ping? it feels like my internet is very sluggish any my average ping lately on BF2 is in the hundreds. also every game i go to in CS:S tells me that the client dropped the server or i was disconnected.

well..

you can get the ip of the server, and type it cmd.exe in windows and ping that.

okay thanks, but i remeber there was something that online that checks your internet speed or something. ill just keep looking, thanks though

with games the upload speed matters more than the download speed.

I like this program as well. It lets me know what my bandwidth is and it even lets me know when my Intenet and local IP addresses change. Very cool program, here's the link:
