Default Pin Mod Merom 667 to 800 FSB?

Heya guys, one of my friends from school's laptop's lcd inverter busted, so its sitting in my room until the new one arrives. I told him about how I pin modded my other laptop's cpu, and he was super interested in the extra speed. I've looked it up, but I've only found 533-667 and 1066-800mhz pin mods. His cpu is a 2.13Ghz Pentium 667mhz, and the chipset is a GL40 which supports 800mhz. Not to concerned about cooling or battery(cooling w/ AC5 and batts dead).

Anyone got a 667-800mhz pinmod?
Also how much performance would the jump to 2.6Ghz be?
